THE TECHNOLOGIES
DESIGNED IN 3D
While the industry standard is to develop a 2D pattern to try to adjust it to a 3D body, we decided to innovate and change the method. We use design software to model well-fitting suits in 3D, then employ innovative software that converts them into an accurate 2D pattern for our factory.
MANERA wetsuits stand out thanks to this natural fit, fitted like a second skin.

Strategic structure
Certain areas of the suit are particularly sensitive to friction, tension and tearing, which is why we have designed MANERA suits in such a way as to:
. Avoid any seams in areas of high tension, which increases flexibility and durability.
. Be sure that the seams force vertically and not horizontally.
. Remove any stitching from friction areas, which prevents chafing and improves flexibility.
. Reinforce areas and panels strategically.
Sealing prints
The waterproofing prints block the entry of water at the ankles and wrists, they also keep the panels of the forearms and calves in place. They are flexible enough not to interfere with putting on and taking off.
Water strainer
A suit that fills with water in the legs is a very annoying problem. The WATER STRAINER was developed to avoid this. The perforated neoprene and the non-waterproof jerseys drain the water that enters the leg and thus let you continue your session in the best possible conditions.
